Personal Care – we understand that personal care is a private an intimate matter, our carers will
always ensure your privacy and dignity are upheld at all times. Personal care can mean a variety of
needs, we will support you in the way you want to be supported, down to your favourite shower gel
and deodorant.
Discharge Support – whether you need us for a short time or a long time, we will support you from
the very start, we will visit you in hospital, or at home, were together we will create your care and
support plan.
Welfare Checks – you may not need us often, but we can pop in and say hello and make sure you
are well. We understand that you want to keep your independence for as long as you possibly can,
and we are here to support you to do that.
Medication Support - We understand that medication can be a little tricky and fiddly especially in
boxes and foil packaging, allow us to help you, our carers will help you with all aspects of your
medication if needed, this includes picking up your medication, and supporting you to ordering it,
and administering it to you.
Shopping Support – do you need support with shopping? Can you do your own shopping, or do we
require support. We are here to help, we can support you with shopping, or complete your shopping
as well as put away and remove out of date food.
Meal preparation – do you need support to prepare a meal? Do you have a condition that means
you struggle to chop, stir prepare food? Our carers are here to help, we can support you to prepare
a meal of your choice and do the washing up.
Social/companionship – at times we all need a chat, a different face to talk to. Someone to help
access the community with, to help you attend church? Attend a lunch club? Or someone to sit and
have a cup of tea with you? Our carers are extremely friendly and are happy to ensure that people in
our community do not feel isolated or lonely.
