LKEE care services, focuses on your care and support needs, whether this be a welfare call or a 24hr care package, we are here for you, when you need us. We are passionate about person centred care and will seek any additional training, information from other professionals to ensure they care you receive is of the best quality.
We believe that investing and nurturing our wonderful and compassionate care workers, helps us to embed the high quality led culture throughout the company, We help them to provide the tools and support needed to further their education and skills.
Our senior management team, are highly experienced within the care sector, and started their careers as support workers, this provides our team with the understanding of the dynamics of the care environment and having a vast knowledge of care and support needs.
We are responsive to all enquiries and aim to assess within 72 hours of receiving all documentation. Our services are able to take emergency placements (providing funding is in place) with back-up teams provided quickly and efficiently. Our senior management team are available to discuss any referral or enquiry or provide more information about our services.
At LKEE care services, we aim to be a visible presence in our local community, attending local events, including dementia cafes, church services, advocacy services and support groups, as both a support service and to seek information and connections, that we may use in the future.
The team at LKEE have a huge passion and a strong determination to provide excellent quality care to those who require such care and support. We are extremely proud that each and every one of our care workers, has this same passion and ensures their practice demonstrates this.
The team at LKEE care services, understand that not one care plan fits all, and that all care and support should be personalised and holistic to each person. In order to develop your support and care plan we will take the time to get to know you personally, we also aim to ensure that you have consistent care workers, our aim for you to feel comfortable and build trust with those who support you.
Here at LKEE care services, our main role is to ensure you are getting the best quality care and support there is.
Our care workers, ensure that your support and care plan is relevant and that you are receiving the
high-quality care LKEE expects on a day-to-day basis, they are responsible to report any concerns to
the senior management team.
Our care workers are expected to maintain their training and seek advice should they feel they need
further training/support. All our care workers have the Care Certificate at a minimum of a care
qualification.
We believe that our carers are invaluable, so we try and go above and beyond to support them, we
provide an EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME (EAP) which is free for our carers to use as well as
confidential.
We provide our carers with all the training they will need for their role, and more should they
choose to, this could lead to career progression through LKEE Care Services, as we grow.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
